Because all of our products are handmade, including the paper, our products are not as refined as products you get from other stores. The print method used is a screen printing and not digital print, so you can expect some variation in colour between each product.
While we prefer that you make payments online via methods offered on the website, occasionally we could make exceptions and accept cash or bank transfers. All orders will be shipped only after clearance of payment. The option to do a bank transfer is shown on the website when you Checkout your orders.
We take great care in ensuring that the order is mailed out to you in secure boxes that prevent the goods from being damaged. However, if you do believe that you have received an item that is faulty, we will be happy to offer you an exchange. Sorry, we cannot do a return.
If you simply change your mind about a product, we will be happy to offer you an exchange of another product of equal value. Simply mail us back the product and we will send you the exchanged order. To initiate an exchange, please email [email protected] quoting your order number.
All orders of 2 or more sets will be mailed out as parcels via Australia post. All parcel deliveries will include tracking and should reach you within 4 business days. Single set orders will be mailed as regular mail with tracking.
As an introductory offer, we provided free shipping on all orders for a limited time only.
